Feeding Ho’s since 2016…
Hoville’s first official event at the Hohokam Stadium
The Hoville Story
Starting in 2016, several members of the South Lot “parking committee” at Hohokam Stadium began tailgating before guests even arrived. Officially, they were preparing for the game. In reality, it was a convenient way to avoid actually working the lot.
It began modestly—burgers and hot dogs. But expectations escalated quickly, fueled by increasingly ungrateful Hohokams demanding better food. Fortunately, we were up to the task. For the past decade, we’ve consistently delivered.
The most legendary moment came with a truffle-butter-finished, prime 4-lb tomahawk steak—worth more than the grill it was cooked on: Ole Red.
In Loving Memory
It’s name was Ole Red…
Big John (current big ho) was given the only task asked of him for the 2016 Spring Training season: take the grill home.
Unfortunately, that was too much to ask.
Fighting for it’s life in the back of John’s truck, while reaching speeds of 75mph, Ole Red decided to take its chances and jumped…
… according to John.
